To make a purchase you have to add wanted products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose the desired payment method. The amount of the purchase will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid through a bank link or other payment options.
The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due into the bank account of the Online Store.
If the ordered products cannot be delivered due to the end of the products or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed as soon as possible and the money paid, shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of dispatch.

All prices are in EUR.
Payments are made in a secure payment area outside the online store serviced by Maksekeskus.ee. Our company transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Kbjewelry.eu Online Store does not have access to the customer’s bank details or credit card information.
American Express, Mastercard, Visa Payment Cards ,Paypal and Apple Pay.
We ship worldwide for a charge of 4,50 EUR. In Estonia we ship 3,00 EUR.
Our delivery partners are Omniva Post, DHL, Post Nord, Matkahuolto. Domestic shipments generally arrive at the destination within 2-7 business days of the entry into force of the contract of sale. Outside Estonia delivery takes 5-12 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, For Example holidays, delivery may take place up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Cancellation
After receiving the order, the customer has the right to cancel the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of cancellation does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may only be used for checking and should be returned together with the original Online Store packaging.
If the goods have been used, worn or damaged, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days and provide the proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier within the said period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall return to the Purchaser any fees received from the Purchaser under the Agreement immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the request for cancellation.
The Online Store may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the customer has provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
The online store is responsible for any discrepancies or defects in the products sold to the customer that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which occurred within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the customer.
The customer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest if the defect occurs, by sending an email to email@example.com.
